Constantine was born January 20, 1910 and died November 26, 1986.  He married Claudia Wlodarsky of Vermilion in February of 1933. They first lived on West 20th Street with his parents. Later they moved to 14th Street. They built a home on North Hogan Drive in 1960.

Tom was a set-up man at American Crucible.
