This is the original copy of Katherine's

baptismal record from Poland

This is the marriage certificate for John and Katerine.  He was 38 years old at the time of the marriage. Katherine would have been 20 years old.

New York Passenger list shows that Katherine departed from Rottendam on the ship Rijndam.  She arrived October 1, 1907.   Immigration records show that Katerine's last permanent address was Podlscie, Austria. The person responsible for her in Poland was Francis Cyran. Her brother Michael Cyran paid her passage and her ticket to Lorian. She had $5 with her. Katherine was able to read and write. She was listed as 5"1" with brown hair and eyes.

Another passenger, Grsegors Kowal, married and 41 years of age, seems to have traveled with Katherine.  They were listed 25 and 26 on the immigration list.  Michael Cyran was also lised as his sponsor. He came from Kobyle, Austria. He paid his own passage but did not have ticket to his final destination.  He had $56.
